New early classes at Hotpod on Tuesdays and Thursdays start this week 31st January at 7am
I am a person who loves early morning yoga practice. When I worked in an office as my main job it was the time I could fit it in. Something wonderful about getting up early to fit in self care before the day gets busy. I'm delighted to be teaching early classes at Hotpod together with Sarah.
