Service Description

The Monday 7pm is now full. Please message me if you would like to be held on a wait list. I love teaching yoga within my own community. The classes at Milton Community Centre are open level and welcome all participants. The style will vary and will often include elements of slow flow and some investigation of movements. Expect some ideas from the history of yoga and a relaxation. The sessions are bookable in advance in half termly blocks for regular students. Places become available from time to time, so if you are interested let me know and I will be in touch to gather more information about individual needs for first time students. Please bring a yoga mat and any props you like to use with you.
