There is nothing to beat practicing yoga on a paddleboard. A few of the benefits: - Practicing in nature - reconnecting to your source - Great work on balance - Encourages and attunes proprioceptive awareness - Strengthens - stabilising muscles - Mindfulness - comes naturally on the water / in nature - Fun - to try familiar postures in a new way - Accessible - to complete beginners to SUP and/or Yoga I trained as a SUP yoga teacher with the SUPTA training academy.
