Yin Yoga and Soundbath at Hotpod Cambs

Service Description

Yin yoga is a practice of longer held yoga poses supported by props to facilitate a slowing down and a restful session which aids relaxation and can promote feelings of wellbeing and mood elevation. The sessions conclude with a sound bath using crystal sound bowls to leave you refreshed and restored early on a Saturday evening. These monthly sessions bookable via the Hotpod Yoga Cambs website (note the memberships page you need to purchase a workshop pass for £20 and then proceed to the schedule to book the session). These are a collaboration with Hotpod Yoga Cambs.
