Outdoor Wellbeing and Yoga Coach

Julie Davies is a wellbeing coach experienced in helping people to enjoy being active, especially in nature.  Julie teaches yoga, indoors and outdoors, in groups or 1-1.  Her aim is to encourage a sense of fitness for life and enjoyment of nature with a non competitive approach.  Julie also teaches SUP yoga and other outdoor activities appropriate to the season. 


My Story

I have been a lover of nature and of movement practice since I was very young and this love has been the backdrop to my professional life.  In 2015 I undertook my first Yoga Alliance teacher training to become a yoga teacher.  Since then I have added to my portfolio of offerings with practices that bring joy and balance to my life.  These include water activities such as SUP, kayak, canoe, swimming and other outdoor pursuits.  The objective is always the same - the enjoyment of movement to encourage holistic health in whatever environment we find ourselves. This could be the home, studio, community centre or the great outdoors. 

I am a trained Yoga Alliance Yoga Teacher, qualified to teach pregnancy yoga, Yin Yoga, open style hatha yoga and a qualified BSUPA Paddle Board Instructor and a British Canoe Paddlesports Instructor.
