** Closed for the season. Thank you to all who came to enjoy. Details for season 2026 to come. Watch this space!** SUP Yoga season usually runs between June and September. Classes are small with a maximum of 8 people per session. It is probably easier than you imagine to take your yoga practice on to the water or to start a practice from scratch. While the class will help to maintain strength, fitness, and flexibility. The focus will always be on enjoyment, fun, and relaxation. Nothing can beat being outside, reconnecting to nature, enjoying the elements come rain or shine. Julie has taught yoga since 2015 and SUP yoga since 2019, she is a level 2 instructor with British Standup Paddleboard Association and a level 3 instructor with the SUPTA training academy. Suitable for over 18s. NB safety always comes first - in the event of un-clement weather or other safety concern, we reserve the right to cancel and reschedule the class.
