Nothing can beat a yoga practice on a standup paddleboard (SUP). The being outside in nature, reconnecting to our source, enjoying the interaction with the elements come rain or shine. A sup yoga practice works with balance, strength, flexibility and fun to attune proprioceptive awareness and focus. It is also easier than you might imagine to take your yoga practice on to the water or to start a practice from scratch. Julie has taught yoga since 2015 and SUP yoga since 2019, she is a level 2 instructor with British Standup Paddleboard Association and a level 3 instructor with the SUPTA training academy.
