Service Description
Julie has a long affinity with Chesterton Sports Centre as a member and keen participant of both fitness classes and the swimming pool which reach back several decades. The classes at Chesterton are open to all levels of yoga student, including beginners. The focus is on exercising the entire body in a way appropriate to each individual, and enjoying some time given to relaxation and restoration. We also share some of the ideas behind a yoga practice in this class. Bookings can be made 7 days in advance using the online booking service on the Chesterton Sports Centre website.
